I have a passion for caring for people across the lifespan, with an emphasis on pediatric and adolescent care. I value continuity of care and am excited to help patients navigate their healthcare journey from preventative screenings to “Ow my elbow hurts” to unpacking what the specialist said. I encourage shared decision making where the patient is informed about their diagnosis and can help guide their care plan.
Areas of interest: weight management, high blood pressure, diabetes care, anxiety, depression, menopause, osteoporosis.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family and 2 dogs. I love to hike, craft and read books on a sunny day.
