After a very meaningful chapter in my career, I am writing this to share that I will be leaving my position at Family Care Southwest on August 1st 2025. I will be transitioning from family medicine into specialty care. It has been an honor to be a part of your healthcare team and I am grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me as your provider. Caring for patients is always a privilege and I will truly miss the relationships I’ve built with my patients here. Family Care Southwest will continue to provide you and your family with the highest quality care and are ready to support you during this transition.
